Hi, so I figured not everyone is as tech-savvy (aka geeky) as myself and might need a little help or some pointers on how to navigate and do ‘stuff’ on this blog. Well this is the right page to visit if you’re looking for some help. I’ll keep adding to this as features are added so you know how to work them and if you’ve got any questions that I see re-occuring then I’ll do my best to answer them here.

    1. Posting comments,

    I like to hear what you guys have to say about what you read or listen to on this blog – as with any work people like to hear feedback so don’t be shy. You don’t have to sign up or leave any personal details if you don’t wish to – so don’t let that intimidate you.

    It’s really super easy, at the bottom of each post there’s a footer section which lists all the tags this particular post is filed under. Tags help categorize blog posts so that if people search for a particular subject they might be likely to find this post if it’s pertinent to their search. Anyway, to the right of that you’ll see the words “Leave a comment”, DONT CLICK THAT!! Jokes, of course that’s where you click.

    You’ll be taken to the post a comment section, it’s pretty self explanatory but I’ve shown you an example of what it looks like and filled in just to make it super simple.

    When you’re done just click on the strangely titled “post my comment” button. And you’re done! You’ve successfully slewed my post. Thanks!

    2. Reading a single post

    If you’ve noticed, you can click the title of the post you are reading and you will be re-directed to the same post but presented on it’s own page – there’s two or three added bonus features now that would make it interesting to read the post on its own like this.

    Firstly, you can (if you’re on twitter) tweet the post, to share it with your followers… which really only benefits me but hey, maybe you’re stoked on what you read or there’s a good podcast for free download you wanna share ?

    Secondly, (if you’re a wordpress.com user) you can ‘like’ the post, similarly to your good old facebook you can give the post a thumbs up… not super useful really but yeah its there.

    and lastly, you can view all the comments made on this post and add your own reply as well.
